Location
Lhaviyani Atoll 80 miles north of Male a 45-minute seaplane journey.

Accommodation
Garden Bungalows are located amidst tastefully landscaped gardens a few steps back from the beach. They have a part open-air shower room and facilities include CD-player, Tea & Coffee making facility, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, safe, telephone, beach towels, a wooden terrace and sun beds. Beach Bungalows are similar to Garden Bungalows but with a beach front location.

Beach Villas 60m² have a spacious bedroom and sitting area, a small garden and are exquisitely furnished with wrought iron furniture, romantic open-air bathrooms, walk in shower and feature a furnished verandah. They have four poster beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, safe, telephone, sun beds, hair-drier, kimono, CD, 32 inch flat screen LCD colour televisions and tea/coffee making facility. including verandah and bathroom. 

Jacuzzi Beach Villas are similar to Beach Villas but additionally have a spacious secluded garden with a wooden deck and a Jacuzzi. Sangu Water Villas built on wooden stilts over the crystal clear waters of the lagoon are also available.

Facilities
Restaurants (clients are allocated restaurants according to room category), coffee shop, three speciality restaurants (supplement payable) and a choice of bars. There are 2 large swimming pools with sundeck and one children's pool; regular day time activities and evening entertainment; gift shop; TV room and library. A wide range of sports facilities are available for the active guest including a 6-hole pitch & putt Golf Course and the full length Driving Range and Pro Shop where you can rent or purchase golf clubs and a Bar. The Golf Course is open some evenings until 22h00 and is flood-lit. There is a fully equipped air-conditioned gym with a multi-station work out machine, tread mills, exercise bicycles, dumbbells and bell bars. A flood lit Tennis Court with international standards. Volleyball on the beach is organised daily. Football, Badminton, Table Tennis, giant chess, pool tables, table football, darts and chess are other popular sport activities. Watersports including parasailing, water-skiing/wakeboarding, banana and blast rides, pedaloes & canoes, windsurfing, kitesurfing and cCatamaran sailing is available. There are also shops and the Duniye Spa offering an exquisite range of treatments.

All Inclusive Package
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is taken in the Main Restaurant. Afternoon tea or Nescafe is served in the Akiri Bar. These beverages will be served by the glass only; mineral water, soft drinks, red and white table wine, canned or draught beer, canned fruit juices, Campari, Three ships Whiskey, Old Buck Gin, Romanoff Vodka, Bacardi Rum, Mainstay cane, Chateau VO brandy, or similar. air-conditioned gym, badminton, beach games, darts, jogging, music entertainment, snorkelling introduction, video and slide-photo shows, volleyball, one free sunset cruise excursion, free use of windsurfing equipment (for experienced surfers) and canoes.

Diving
PADI 5+ Resort ProDivers diving centre on site. 2 tank boat dives run early morning, lunchtime and night dives are available. Independent diving is available on the house reef for qualified divers. A choice of more than 50 dive sites between 10 and 60 minutes boat ride. Small boat numbers of 10-14 per boat with only one boat diving is allowed at each site. Diving in the Lhaviyani Atoll is considered by many as the best diving in the Maldives with Kuredu Express as one of the best dive sites in the world.  A great variety of diving including calm and current, channel crossings, cave, walls and 3 wrecks (one on the house reef) and excursions to nearby Baa and Noonu atolls. Technical diving is available with Re-breather courses, semi-closed and closed. A specialist snorkeling centre offering intro to snorkelling courses, guided tours, half and full day boat excursions as well as night snorkelling. More >
